Occupational Therapy:

If you've checked out the other pages on this site, you know that occupational therapy is the key to a full recovery after surgery. However, it is important that you consult a doctor or occupational therapist before performing any exercises you see on this site. If done incorrectly or too soon after surgery, you could cause additional, irreversible damage to the hand. These exercises are only for those who have been given permission by their medical professional to perform active motion exercises.

If you have questions regarding these exercises, please feel free to reach out via the Contact page. I will be happy to answer any questions you may have. If you are approved to perform the activities in the video below, I hope that they guide you towards a full recovery and back to the life you had before your injury!
